By default, the Mission details are only visible to the team members who are logged in Logmore Cloud. The recipient will only see the shipment status and infotext, if configured in the Mission's settings (or in a Mission template).
If a shipment recipient needs to view all the information about the Mission, you can make this Mission public. You can grant public read access to individual missions or to all Missions created from a template with public access enabled.
Please note that Missions should only be made public if it is beneficial to the use case in order to maximize security. Keep security a priority and keep your mission data private unless your company benefits from customers, employees or other stakeholders having free access to it!
There are different options of making a Mission public:
Create a new Mission with public read access
Set public read access in a Mission template for all Missions created from it
Set public access when creating a Mission from a template

Set public read access in a Mission template for all Missions created from it
