The reporting data in Logmore Cloud is available for download and export. The raw data collected by loggers can be accessed on both Missions and Loggers on Logmore Cloud. The available formats are CSV and Excel.
Missions
You can access the data collected by one or several loggers during a certain Mission, that is — during a single shipment.
Export measurements for one Mission
You can download a file with measurements for a single Mission.
- Go to the Missions page (on the left-side navigation panel).
- Click on the Mission you want to get measurements for. The Mission's individual page will open.
- Under the Measurements graph, click View as list or download Excel.
- Choose the order in which you want the measurements to appear (newest first or oldest first).
- Choose to download CSV or Excel, depending on the desired file format. The file will be immediately downloaded to your device.
- To view the Measurements as a list on the screen, click Show list.
Send Excel measurements for one Mission to email
It is possible to send the Excel file with measurements to an email address.
- Go to the Missions page (on the left-side navigation panel).
- Click on the Mission you want to get measurements for. The Mission's individual page will open.
- Click Options. Select Send measurements Excel to email.
- Choose the timezone to appear in the file.
- Type the email address of the recipient and press Enter or Space.
- Add as many recipients as you need.
- Press Send. The recipient will soon receive an email from Logmore Notifications with a link to the file.
Send Excel Measurements for multiple Missions to email
You can send a download link to a folder with Excel files containing measurements collected in selected Missions. Each file contains the Mission’s name and ID together with the measurements.
- Go to the Missions page.
- From the list of Missions, select the Missions for which you wish to bulk download Excel measurements.
- Select individual Missions by checking the box next to that mission’s name.
- Select all Missions on the list by checking the box next to Name in the first row.
- Apply filters (based on date, data status, etc.) to select only relevant Missions. Check the box next to Name in the first row to select the filtered items. Learn how to apply filters here.
- Click Actions in the top row and select Download measurements from a drop-down list.
- Select the timezone to be used in reports.
- Add emails of people who will receive a download link to get the documents. You can select people who don’t have a Logmore account.
- The files are sent in an email, and it might take a few minutes till the recipient gets them.
- Open the email from Logmore Notifications and click Download reports. The Excel files will be downloaded as a folder.
Loggers
You can access the whole history of measurements collected by a single logger. This is relevant if you use Logmore data loggers as single-use loggers or you need to extract data for a specific period of time or a specific sensor.
- Go to the Loggers page (left-side navigation panel).
- Select the data logger you need the measurements for. You can search by its unique ID number or use filters.
- The Logger's individual page will open. Below the graph on the Measurement history, press View as list or download Excel.
- In Settings, choose the time period to be included in the Excel and the type of measurements, that is — temperature, humidity, ambient light, etc (depends on your logger's sensors). Choose the order in which the measurements will appear.
- Choose to download CSV or Excel, depending on the desired file format. The file will be immediately downloaded to your device.
- To view the Measurements as a list on the screen, click Show list.
