Missions list page shows the status of each of your missions including and any information you define to be shown. The page helps you to quickly understand what is going on with your shipments and to analyse your shipment data efficiently. Missions list page also has a variety of helpful filtering options.
Add filters to Missions list
On Missions list page, select "Filter results". A new window "Filter results" will open.
Click the first dropdown selection on the left and specify which data field you want to filter the results by. After this, fill in rest of the condition to specify which types of missions you want to be shown in.
In the example of the picture you are seeing missions whose last scan location was Helsinki.
You may add multiple filters. To do this, click "Add filter".
Similarly, as with the first filter, select the data field for the filter and then the more detailed condition. In the example of the picture, we have created a filter for Missions with alerts and latest scan location in Helsinki from the last 7 days.
Once you are ready, click "Apply changes" and you will see the Missions list view with your filters being applied:
Save Filter Sets
Now that you know how to filter your Missions to increase the efficiency at which you can analyze your data, it's time to talk about saving filter sets. This is extremely simple to do, and if you are frequently searching for Missions using the same set of filters all the time, we recommend saving a filter set in order to save you even more time. There are 2 ways to do this:
Simply add your desired filters as described in the above, "Filtering Your Missions Results" section. Once you are satisfied, press the "Save filter" button (shown below).
Once you have added a new filter, you will be directed to give the filter set a name. Once you have chosen an appropriate name, this filter set will now appear when clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the "Filter sets" button, at the top of the mission homepage.
Click on the arrow next to the "Filter sets" button at the top of the Missions page. Then, press "+ Create new filter set" (shown below). Doing this will bring up the Filter results menu, as shown in point number 1 of the "Filtering Your Missions Results" section of this page, which is shown above. Then, simply add your desired filters, and press the "Save filter" button.
Now, any time you want to search for Missions with these filter sets, you can easily just select it through here:
