If you want to stop using Logmore for condition monitoring, you need to cancel your subscription. The procedure depends on the subscription type (monthly or annual).
Canceling an annual subscription
If you wish to cancel your annual subscription (or individual loggers from it) please contact email@example.com. Nota that deactivating loggers will not cancel the subscription or affect the billing.
Canceling a monthly subscription
You can deactivate your loggers from Subscriptions —> Loggers. After deactivating a logger, you can use it normally until the end of the ongoing calendar month. The logger will still appear on your next monthly invoice (as the billing is issued for the preceding month), and after that it won't appear on the monthly invoices anymore.
