Now when you have made everything ready for monitoring, it's time to invite the users for your organization.
Who needs user rights?
- People who start new missions
- People who can see monitoring data
You can give user rights outside your organization. Please remember that people who only scan the QR loggers don't need user rights. They can see selected scan page and the data is always uploaded to the cloud whoever scans the QR logger. You can also mark selected missions public to let 3rd party stakeholders see the monitoring data without user rights if they have the link to the mission page.

New teams and team management
In cases where your organization have different departments or purposes for monitoring, you can divide users, QR loggers and Missions to different teams. This help you to group your monitoring operations. Each user, QR logger and Mission can be in one or several teams. Users can operate with QR loggers and Missions that belong to any of the teams the user belongs to. Each team may have Editing & Reading or only Reading rights to selected QR loggers and Missions.
Large team needs multiple access levels
You can create team(s) that has reading rights for Missions to share the information to team members.
Sharing data outside of your organization
It's important to share the monitoring information to 3th party stakeholders. If these 3th parties need regular information, you can create a team for them to be only see the selected Missions. This will save your time from sharing the information for them using PDF files.
