Can I find a specific scan if I know when it was scanned?

Yes, you can find specific scans on Logmore Cloud on the Scans tab.

Can I see data on all my loggers?

All scanned data can be found in Logmore Cloud. As long as the loggers have been scanned, their measurement data will be available there.

How do I access the historical data (History QR codes)?

You can access the historical data on Logmore Cloud by using any internet browser.

How long do the measurements stay in the cloud?

The measurements stay in Logmore Cloud forever unless deleted. You can access them for as long as you have an ongoing subscription.

How long does it take for data to be uploaded?

The upload takes only a second.

What is in the graph in measurement history?

The parameters the logger has measured depending on the model. Models 1 and 2 monitor temperature and light, model 3 temperature, light, humidity, shocks and tilts. Read more at 


Can I search for my loggers by name/id/note?

Yes, you can search for individual loggers by their name, ID number or note. There is no "advanced search" - the search process has been made easy: same search bar works for all of them.

What are missions?

Missions are a way to manage the data collected by the loggers. You can set up a mission to gather information from specific situation, for example an order. Missions can include information such as alerts, reports and custom notes to the end user.

What is a mission status?

Mission status indicates the stage that your mission is in, either ongoing or ended.

Is the cloud service secure?

Yes. All data in the QR code is encrypted and then transferred through a secure https connection. Each data logger is equipped with a unique encryption key that has a counterpart in Logmore Cloud. Logmore Cloud is also protected by the best cyber protection currently available. Read more at 


Can I find out who has accessed the cloud and when?

No. The feature to gain information on users in your team that have accessed Logmore Cloud can/will be implemented later.

How do other users access the data?

Other users in your team will have their own accounts for accessing Logmore services.

Can I make notes or comments on specific loggers?

Yes, you can make notes on tags in Logmore Cloud, on the tab Loggers in the sidebar. There is no limit to the amount of comments you can make, while notes are limited to one per logger and act as an extension of their names.

How can I customize a logger?

You can configure the measurement range and intervals, give the tags unique names and make notes and comments on them. Read more at 


How do I name or make a note on a specific logger?

Open Logmore Cloud, click "Loggers" in the sidebar and open the logger you wish to make a note on. In the box "Logger information", click on the text "Edit" after the title "Note".

We have our own shipment IDs, where can I link them to my loggers?

You can place your own shipment IDs to the mission name or mission note fields on the Missions page in Logmore Cloud.

What is a (data) logger?

A logger is a device that monitors set parameters in its environment and saves the data digitally. Logmore QR data loggers are a specialized type of a logger.

How can the data logger be so small?

Considerable effort has been put into building a data logger that can be equipped with small yet functional sensors and battery. We like to call it Logmore innovation.

Can I attach a data logger? How?

The data logger comes with an adhesive sticker that allows for easy attachment. For more extreme needs, the adhesive can be attached to a separate holder that can be screwed into a container.

How often does a data logger save data?

Every 15 minutes by default. The frequency can be configured to suit your needs between 10s and 30 days. Please note that the more often the tag saves data, the faster it will run out of battery. For configurations, see 


Can I just place a data logger within a parcel?

Sure. However, we recommend attaching the data logger to a surface where it is easy to scan. The logger comes with an adhesive that makes attaching it easy.

Why does the data logger's screen change?

The data logger's screen change every time it saves a measurement.

Where can I see a data logger's ID number?

The data logger's ID number can be seen on the data logger's screen next to the name Logmore, in the format of #XXXXXXXX. (Example: #00001234)

Why do the QR data loggers have their own IDs?

Every logger has its own ID number in order to distinguish it from all the other tags. This can be used to recognize different deliveries or packages.

What are the extreme temperatures in which the data logger stays fully functional?

The logger is functional in -30...60°C. The screen stops refreshing at 2°C in order to save battery while in freezing temperatures, but resumes refreshing when the logger is returned to warmer circumstances. The data logger still saves measurements while in the Below Zero mode. The data logger may cease operating at all if subjected to temperatures above 60°C, and goes into dormancy in temperatures below -30°C.

The measurement range is -30...60°C by default, but can be configured to a smaller range.

What are the extreme humidity levels in which the logger stays fully functional?

The QR data loggers are IP67 protected and operate in 5...95% RH (Relative Humidity).

Can I break the logger somehow by accident?

Yes. The loggers are durable and should endure normal use, but strong impacts and sharp objects may cause damage to the logger.

What if I lose or break a logger?

The first step is replacing the logger with another, if you have spares. The annual calibrations should ensure you have enough loggers to suit your subscription. If you don't have spares, purchasing more is advisable.

Why is there a hole in the logger?

The tiny hole in the corner of model 3 QR data loggers is for the humidity sensor. The earliest demo and pilot versions may also have a tiny hole for light sensors next to the button, but newer designs have made the need for that unnecessary.

My logger is in a dark corner and scanning is challenging. Could you implement a flashlight feature?

Logmore Scanner App comes with a feature that allows you to toggle your smartphone's flash on in a flashlight-like manner. You can toggle the "flashlight" by pressing your smartphone's "Volume +" button, which can typically be found at the right edge of the phone.

How do I know if data was uploaded correctly?

After scanning the tag, you smartphone should show a screen with the text "QR read successful! All data has been saved to the cloud."

How do I access the measurement after a scan?

You can access the measurement data on Logmore Cloud by using any internet browser.

Can I access scanned data without uploading it?

No, for security reasons the data can be accessed only in Logmore Cloud unless a special integration has been implemented with your company services. Only the most recent data can be seen on the logger screen.

"Scan location not saved." What does this mean?

This means the device used for scanning the QR does not allow itself to be located due to settings, either denying it or because the device lacks locating possibility altogether.

Make sure you have location activated in your phone settings and that you accept the location request on the scan page.

How do I allow my phone to save the scan location?

Click to allow saving location data when you get a notification after scanning the QR code. See

Why are there yellow blinking spots in the scanner view in the scanner app?

The yellow spots indicate that the QR code is being read.
